胎儿透明隔发育不良的产前影像学诊断及临床结局分析(3)
产前超声检查是目前首选的探查胎儿颅内结构异常的方法，可以诊断胎儿透明隔发育不良，更为精细的结构依赖胎儿头颅MRI检查，需两者结合[3，9]。当产前超声发现胎儿透明隔发育不良时，首先排除是否合并其他颅内异常，然后进一步行头颅MRI检查。排除其他异常的孤立性透明隔发育不良者，预后良好，但应告知孕妇及家属可能存在的风险，并长期随访。合并其他异常时预后可能不良。
