吲哚菁绿近红外成像技术在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用(3)

     吲哚菁绿造影具有安全、无创、准确等优点,但也存在局限性,仅可视距体表5 ~ 10 mm的距离,只适用于浅表位置的结构显影,对于肝门部脂肪较厚或炎症水肿严重的情况,胆道的荧光成像效果明显受影响。

    综上所述,腹腔镜胆囊切除术中采用吲哚菁绿荧光造影技术与常规腹腔镜胆囊切除术相比,并不会造成手术时间延长及术后并发症的增加,且在一定程度上帮助术者更好地判断胆道解剖结构,及时发现胆道变异情况,避免胆道损伤的发生。
