扶正散结方调控Lewis肺癌小鼠TAMs免疫重塑作用的相关研究(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨扶正散结方对Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤相关巨噬细胞有关细胞因子的调控作用。方法：建立Lewis肺癌小鼠模型，称瘤重，算抑瘤率;应用免疫组化法检测各组肿瘤组织中CD68/1浸润程度;采用ELISA法测定小鼠血清中IFN-γ，TGF-β，IL-4，IL-13，IL-6，IL-10，IL-12，TNF-α的含量。结果：与荷瘤模型组相比，其他各组均较高，分别为DDP组(50.28%)、中药预防组(34.37%)、中西结合组(66.76%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD68/1浸润程度差异不具统计学意义。各组荷瘤小鼠血清中IFN-γ，IL-6，IL-12含量均较空白对照组低，而IL-4，IL-13，TGF-β含量均较空白对照组高，且在不同药物干预下，部分相关细胞因子含量具有显著性差异(P<0.05)，中药预防组、中西医结合组与荷瘤对照组差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而TNF-α，IL-10含量，与荷瘤对照组比较，不具统计学意义。结论：扶正散结方可以通过下调肺癌免疫微环境中IL-4，IL-13，TGF-β等，上调IFN-γ等细胞因子，从而逆转TAMs的免疫重塑作用，控制肿瘤生长。
