     综上所述，无论是自锁托槽还是传统托槽正畸治疗过程中均可造成下中切牙牙根外吸收，且两种托槽引起的下中切牙牙根外吸收的程度无统计学差异。因此，目前尚无足够证据表明自锁托槽较传统托槽能有效减少或降低正畸治疗中下中切牙牙根根尖外吸收的程度。
