诺华敏治疗超声洁牙后牙本质过敏的疗效分析(1)
[摘要]目的：评估诺华敏治疗超声洁牙后牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法：选择60例超声洁治后出现牙本质敏感患者258颗非龋坏患牙随机分为研究组(n=132)和对照组(n=126)，分别采用诺华敏健齿膏及不含脱敏剂的普通牙膏进行脱敏处理，观察抛光后即刻、1个月、3个月的脱敏效果。采用触压及空气喷吹法检测患者牙本质的敏感程度，记录视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue scale，VAS)值。结果：治疗前两组患者牙本质敏感程度的评分结果比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后即刻、1个月及3个月与治疗前的评分结果具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：诺华敏能够更有效地降低超声洁治后牙本质的敏感度。

Abstract： Objective To evaluate the effect of a dentifrice containing calcium sodium phosphosilicate (Novamin)for the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling. Methods A total of 258 no-decayed teeth with dentinal hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling were randomly divided into 2 groups，treated with Novamin(group A，n=132)，and common toothpaste(group B，n=126).All the patients were subjected to tactile and air blast stimulation before treatment.The desensitising efficacy was evaluated after treatment immediately or 1，3 month after treatment using VAS. Results The degrees of dentinal hypersensitivity were similar in the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05)，while there were significant difference between the two goups in dentinal hypersensitivity after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Novamin dentifrice is more effective to reduce the dentinal hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling.

牙周洁治术是治疗及预防牙周疾病的有效方法，洁治后很多患者会出现不同程度的牙本质过敏(Dentinal Hypersensitivity，DH)症状，表现为冷、热、酸、甜刺激后牙齿发生的短暂、尖锐的酸痛，据报道发生率高达54%～55%[1]，这使得一些患者对洁治术产生恐惧心理，影响其对治疗的配合度。目前，治疗牙周洁治术后DH的方法有很多，但综合效果不够理想，远期疗效下降[2]，且需在口腔专科治疗，不方便患者使用。本研究应用诺华敏健齿膏对行超声洁治术后发生DH的患者脱敏抛光及治疗后患者自行刷牙，取得较满意的疗效，现报道如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
选择我院2010年6月-2013年6月60例超声洁治后出现牙本质敏感患者258颗非龋坏患牙。其中男28例，女32例；年龄22～50岁，随机分为研究组和对照组。纳入标准：①至少有20颗牙；②无龋齿，牙髓活力正常，无过敏史，并在3个月内未接受过脱敏治疗；③牙周疾病处于静止期，牙齿松动度 (佘伟 孙姝玲 陈晨 田薇 Rajesh twyana1)
