两种粘接系统下树脂水门汀厚度对纤维桩粘接强度的影响(1)

     [摘要]目的:評估在全酸蚀和自酸蚀两种不同粘接系统下,不同厚度的树脂水门汀对纤维桩粘接性能的影响,为纤维桩在临床操作过程中的应用提供理论依据。方法:将40颗因正畸拔除的单根管前磨牙经完善的根管治疗后随机的分为全酸蚀组(A组)和自酸蚀组(B组)两组。每组再分别按1.2mm(1组),1.4mm(2组),1.6mm(3组),1.8mm(4组)的直径平均分为四个小组进行桩道预备。分别记为A1,B1,A2,B2,A3,B3,A4,B4组。用通用型树脂粘接剂和双固化树脂水门汀将直径为1.1mm的纤维桩与预备好的实验牙进行粘接。片切成厚度为1.5mm的试件,通过扫描电子显微镜对试件表面及材料粘接处进行观察,利用薄片推出实验测试粘接强度,测试完成后在20倍体视显微镜下观察试件的破坏模式。结果:全酸蚀1.4mm组(A2组)的粘接强度最高,自酸蚀1.8mm组(B4组)的粘接强度最低(P<0.05);两组试件中牙本质与树脂水门汀之间的破坏模式(DR破坏模式)为主要的破坏模式。结论:树脂水门汀应用全酸蚀技术时粘接强度优于应用自酸蚀技术,且随着树脂水门汀的厚度增加粘接强度先增强后降低,总体呈现下降趋势。

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of different thickness of resin cements on the bonding properties of fiber post under the two different bonding systems of total-etching and self-etching, and to provide theoretical basis for the application of fiber post in the clinical operation process. Methods The 40 anterior molars with orthodontic extraction were randomly divided into two groups after being treated with a perfect root canal, named the total Acid etching Group (Group A) and the self-acid etching group (Group B). Each group was then pressed 1.2 mm (1), 1.4 mm (2), 1.6 mm (3), 1.8 mm (4) was divided into four groups to prepare the post path. Recorded as A1, B1, A2, B2, A3, B3, A4, B4 Group. Using a universal adhesive and a dual cured resin cement, bonded the diameter is 1.1mm fiber posts with the prepared experimental teeth. Slice cut to thickness of 1.5 mm specimens, By scanning electron microscope (SEM), the surface of the specimen and the bonding place of the material were observed, Use the micro push-out test results of its bonding strength, The failure mode of the specimen was observed under a 20-ploidy microscope after the completion of the test. Results Total-etching1.4 mm group(A2) has the highest bonding strength, self-etching1.8 mm group (B4) has the lowest bonding strength(P<0.05);In the two groups of specimens, the failure mode between dentin and resin cement was the main failure mode.
