数字化印模技术重建牙颌模型精度的研究(1)

     [摘要]目的:评价数字化印模技术重建牙颌模型的精度,为数字化技术应用于口腔修复提供参考。方法:以2017年1月-2018年1月在笔者医院进行口腔修复的45例患者为研究对象,采用直接法进行口内数字化扫描及三维重建,间接法制取硅橡胶印模,翻制石膏模型后扫描模型并三维重建,应用软件测量数字化模型的L0、L1、L2、L3、L4,同时使用电子游标卡尺对石膏模型上相同位点进行测量,评价数字化重建印模的精确度。结果:直接法数字化模型的L0、L1、L2、L3、L4分别为(26.72±1.75)mm、(34.40±2.15)mm、(48.78±3.70)mm、(48.78±3.70)mm、(48.78±3.70)mm,間接法数字化模型的L0、L1、L2、L3、L4分别为(26.76±1.69)mm、(35.27±2.19)mm、(48.55±3.74)mm、(36.77±3.05)mm、(36.77±3.05)mm,石膏模型的L0、L1、L2、L3、L4分别为(26.71±1.73)mm、(34.61±2.12)mm、(47.76±3.75)mm、(36.49±3.10)mm、(35.42±3.15)mm,三种模型比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:数字化印模技术重建牙颌模型的精度较高,均与传统石膏模型接近,可用于口腔修复体的制作。

    Study on the Precision of Dental Model Reconstructed by Digital Printing Technology

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the precisionof dental model reconstructed by digital printing technology, in order to provide reference for the application of digital technology in prosthodontics. Methods 45 cases of patients were taken as research object which was carried out dental restoration in our hospital during 2017.1-2018.1.The intraoral digital scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction was carried out by direct method.The model scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction was carried out after silicone rubber impression was obtained by indirect method and the plaster model was reconstructed. The L0, L1, L2, L3, L4 of digital model was measured by software and the same site of plaster model was measured by electronic vernier caliper at the same time. The precisionof digital reconstructedimpression was evaluated. Results The L0, L1, L2, L3, L4 of direct method digital model was (26.72±1.75)mm, (34.40±2.15)mm, (48.78±3.70)mm, (48.78±3.70)mm, (48.78±3.70)mm, respectively. The L0, L1, L2, L3, L4 of indirect method digital model was (26.76±1.69)mm, (35.27±2.19)mm, (48.55±3.74)mm, (36.77±3.05)mm, (36.77±3.05)mm, respectively. The L0, L1, L2, L3, L4 of plaster model was (26.71±1.73)mm, (34.61±2.12)mm, (47.76±3.75)mm, (36.49±3.10)mm, (35.42±3.15)mm, respectively. There was no statistical significance between three model(P>0.05).Conclusion Digital printing technology had high precision in the reconstruction of dental model, it was close to the traditional plaster model and it could be used in the production of dental prostheses.
