种植体周围炎龈沟液中MMP—8和MMP—13表达水平的研究(3)
本研究采用的是以Luminex为平台的ProcartaPlex检测技术定量检测MMP-8和MMP-13的表达水平，采用不同荧光强度的荧光染料标记微球，根据与标记了抗体的微球在样本中结合抗原的质量定量检测标记物，该方法与常规ELISA檢测方法相比，对取样的要求较低，即使样本沾染血液，对实验结果不会存在较大的影响[18-19]。
4 结论
MMP-8的表达水平与种植体周围炎的发生发展密切相关，与探针出血、探诊深度和牙槽骨吸收水平存在一定的相关性。可以将MMP-8同其他生物标记物一起联合诊断作为早期诊断和预防种植体周围炎的辅助依据，提升种植体周围炎的早期诊断治疗的能力，而对MMP-13的研究有待进一步探索。
