个性化护理在整形美容围手术期护理中的必要性研究(1)
[摘要]目的：研究個性化护理在整形美容围手术期护理中的必要性。方法：选取2016年3月-2017年11月于笔者医院行整形美容外科手术就医者100例作为研究对象，将所有就医者按照护理方式的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施个性化护理。观察两组就医者护理前与护理后焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)评分、术后平均恢复时间和护理干预满意度。结果：护理干预后两组就医者SAS评分均显著下降，其中观察组(56.87±6.98)分显著低于对照组的(64.39±8.74)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恢复时间(11.66±7.68)d显著少于对照组的(15.60±9.88)d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为98.0%，显著高于对照组的82.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：个性化护理在整形美容围术期具有显著护理效果，可改善就医者焦虑心态，减少术后恢复时间，提高就医者护理满意度，医护人员应根据就医者实际情况及需求合理应用。

Abstract： Objective To study the necessity of individualized nursing in the perioperative period of plastic surgery. Methods From March 2016 to November 2017， 100 patients undergoing plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery in our hospital were selected as study objects. All patients were divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50) according to different nursing styles. In the control group， routine nursing was performed in perioperative period， and individualized nursing was carried out in the observation group. The scores of Self-rating anxiety scale before and after nursing， average recovery time after operation and satisfaction degree of nursing intervention were observed in the two groups. Results After nursing intervention， the SAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly， and the score of the observation group was (56.87±6.98) significantly lower than that of the control group (64.39±8.74)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was (11.66±7.68)d significantly less than that of the control group [(15.6±9.88)d， P<0.05].The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.0%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.0%， P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing has significant nursing effect during the perioperative period of plastic surgery.It can improve the anxiety state of patients， reduce the recovery time after surgery， and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
