醒脑开窍法针灸联合点穴推拿对小儿脑性瘫痪智力及运动功能发育的影响(1)
摘要 目的：觀察醒脑开窍法针灸联合点穴推拿对小儿脑性瘫痪智力及运动功能发育的影响。方法：选取2014年3月至2018年3月东莞市妇幼保健院康复医学科收治的脑性瘫痪小儿120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为基础组、A组、B组、C组，每组30例。基础组给予西医常规治疗，A组给予西医常规治疗+点穴推拿，B组给予西医常规治疗+醒脑开窍法针灸治疗，C组给予西医常规治疗+点穴推拿+醒脑开窍法针灸治疗。比较治疗前后4组患儿智力、运动功能发育和康复效果。结果：治疗后4组患儿动作能DQ、语言能DQ、应物能DQ、应人能DQ、总DQ评分、GMFM-88、FMFM评分均显著升高(P<0.05)，治疗后C组动作能DQ、语言能DQ、应物能DQ、应人能DQ、总DQ评分、GMFM-88、FMFM评分均明显高于其余3组(P<0.05)，A组和B组评分均明显高于基础组(均P<0.05)，A组与B组评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后4组康复效果分布及总有效率比较，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)，C组总有效率为86.67%，明显高于其余3组(P<0.01)，A组、B组的总有效率明显高于基础组(P<0.01)，A组与B组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在西医常规治疗的基础上醒脑开窍法针灸联合点穴推拿能够显著改善小儿脑性瘫痪的智力及运动功能发育，增强康复效果，其作用明显优于在常规西医治疗的基础上单纯应用醒脑开窍法针灸或点穴推拿治疗。

Effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint and Massage on Mental and Motor Function Development in Children with Cerebral Palsy

Abstract Objective：To explore the effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with acupoint and massage on mental and motor function development in children with cerebral palsy. Methods：A total of 120 children with cerebral palsy in Maternal and Child Care Service Centre in Dongguan from March 2014 to March 2018，were randomly divided into the basic group，group A，group B and group C，with 30 cases in each group. The basic group was given routine western medicine treatment，while the group A was treated with routine western medicine treatment with acupoint and massage，the group B was treated with routine western medicine treatment with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture，and the group C was treated with routine western medicine with acupoint and massage as well as Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture. The intelligence，motor function development and rehabilitation effects before and after treatment were compared among the groups. Results：After treatment，DQ of the motor function，DQ of the language ability，DQ of the responsiveness，the total DQ scores，GMFM-88 and FMFM scores were significantly increased in the 4 groups(P<0.05)，among which the group C after treatment were significantly higher than that of the other 3 groups(P<0.05)，while the scores in group A and B were significantly higher than that of the basic group(P<0.05)，however，there were no significant differences in the scores between group A and group B(P>0.05). After treatment，there were significant differences on the rehabilitation effect distribution and total effective rates among the 4 groups(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the group C was 86.67%，which was significantly higher than those of the other 3 groups(P<0.01). The total effective rates of the group A and B were significantly higher than that of the basic group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference on the total effective rates between group A and group B(P>0.05). Conclusion：On the basis of routine western medicine treatment，Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with acupoint and massage can significantly improve the mental and motor function development in children with cerebral palsy as well as enhance the rehabilitation effects，of which the effects are obviously superior to those of simple application of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture or acupoints massage on the basis of routine western medicine treatment., 百拇医药(刘汇团 黄小玲 陈景汉 杜乐品 张玉琼)
