摘要 文章总结名老中醫金志春教授创立“活血保胎法”治疗自然流产的学术思想，并介绍典型病案。金教授擅长运用中西医结合治疗自然流产，尤其善于运用活血中药保胎，临证思维独到，疗效卓著。

    Abstract This paper summarized the academic thought of Professor Jin Zhichun，a famous old Chinese medicine doctor，who founded the method of promoting blood circulation to protect the fetus to treat spontaneous abortion，and introduced typical medical records also.Professor Jin is good at using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat spontaneous abortion，especially using traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation to protect the fetus.His clinical thinking is unique and the curative effect is remarkable.
