高效液相色谱/质谱联用法测定槟榔食品中槟榔碱的含量
【摘 要】目的建立高效液相色谱-紫外-电喷雾质谱(HPLC-UV-ESI/MS)联用测定槟榔食品中槟榔碱的方法。方法 以甲醇和0.1%三乙胺水溶液作流动相,在反相C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)柱上梯度淋洗,以质谱定性,紫外定量进行检测。结果 在0.2~20 μg/ml内峰面积和浓度呈良好的线性关系。结论 该方法抗干扰能力强,可以快速、准确地测定槟榔食品中的槟榔碱。【关键词】槟榔;槟榔碱;色谱法;高压液相;光谱分析;质量

【Abstract】 Objective A method for determining arecoline in betelnut foods by on line HPLC-UV-ESI/MS was established.Methods The separation was operated on an analytical spherigel C18 column (5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)with acetonitrile:water (containing 0.1% triethylamine)as mobile phase.Results Good linearity between peak areas and concentrations was obtained within the range of 0.2-20μg/ml.Conclusion The method is simple and can determine arecoline in betelnut foods accurately.
