关节腔加压灌洗治疗重度膝骨关节炎的疗效及护理观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨关节腔加压灌洗治疗重度膝骨关节炎炎性积液的疗效。方法 将117例(137个患膝)重度膝骨关节炎积液的患者,按积液量平均分为治疗组和对照组,两组均在第1周给予复方倍他米松,第2~6周注射玻璃酸钠,共6周为一疗程。而治疗组在注射玻璃酸钠前加用关节腔加压灌洗。结果 经过治疗后治疗组患者在腔内积液量、疼痛、功能活动等方面均有明显改善(均P<0.001)。结论 对重度膝骨关节炎的患者采用常规+关节腔加压灌洗治疗疗效十分显著,并且患者能够耐受,无明显不良反应。
