美常安联合曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征临床观察

【摘要】 目的 观察美常安(枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊)联合曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法 65例肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组33例予美常安、马来酸曲美布汀,对照组32例予补脾益肠丸、谷维素,疗程均为8周,观察2者疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗组腹痛的缓解、大便性状次数的改善均明显优于对照组,治疗组显效11例,有效17例,总有效率(84.8%)明显高于对照组(43.8%),经统计分析(P<0.01)差异有统计学意义,且未发现明显不良反应。结论 美常安联合曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征的疗效满意,不良反应轻微,且携带服用方便。
