子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病的围术期护理体会(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者围术期的护理措施及临床应用。方法 回顾性分析我院自2005~2008年诊治的74例子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理特点及护理方法。结果 通过积极治疗和控制血糖、加强切口管理,同时重视临床护理,本组病例全部康复出院,无严重术后并发症和护理并发症。结论 子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者的围术期应用胰岛素治疗、保持血糖相对稳定、加强护理是手术成功的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods in 74 cases of endometrial carcinomas complicated with diabetes.Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 74 patients with endometrial carcinomas complicated with diabetes from 2005 to 2008 in our hospital,by which we summarize the nursing characteristics and measures.Results All the patients cured and left hospital without severe postoperative complications and nursing-related complications after strengthening controlling of blood glucose and simultaneously pay attention to clinical nursing.Conclusion The successful operation is dependent on insulinized treatment and correct nursing. ......
