     【摘要】 目的 通过比较4种临床常用方法检测尿微量隐血标本的阳性率,探讨尿微量隐血标本的最佳检测方法。方法 DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站、UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、尿沉渣镜检(离心)和尿沉渣镜检(非离心)4种方法同时检测微量尿隐血标本,分别计算其阳性率,并进行χ²分析。结果 DiaSys与尿沉渣镜检(离心)的阳性率高于UF-100尿沉渣分析仪和尿沉渣镜检(非离心)的阳性率。结论 为提高尿液检验的质量,干化学分析诊断为微量潜血的尿液标本,需用非染色尿沉渣镜检(离心)或DiaSys(R/S2003)进行检测。
