【摘要】 目的 观察纳米银外用抗菌凝胶治疗痤疮炎性丘疹的疗效、安全性及耐受性。方法 204例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组分别采用纳米银外用抗菌凝胶及自制10%阿癀糊夜敷1次,共4次。结果 治疗组及对照组治愈率分别为97.05%、83.33%(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论 纳米银外用抗菌凝胶治疗痤疮炎性丘疹疗效可靠,安全性及耐受性好。
