【摘要】 目的 探讨人工双极半髋置换治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法 2002年4月至2009年10月,施行双极人工半髋置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折30例,平均年龄75.4岁。结果 随访时间8~30个月,采用Harris’评定标准评估临床疗效,本组中优22例,良6例,中2例,优良率93.3%。结论 人工双极半髋置换术是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的一种较好的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical outcome and treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly by bipolar artificical femoral head replacement.Methods Thirty elder patients(average 75.4 years.)wit h femoral neck fracture were treated by bipolar artificial femoral head replacement from April 2002 to October 2009.Results The patients were followed up for 8 to 30 months.According to Harris standards,the results were excellent in 22 cases,good in 6 cases and medium in 2 cases.Conclusion Theresults suggest t hat bipolar artificical femoral head replacement is secure and feasible for treatment of femoral neck fracture in t heaged.
