【摘要】目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的有效管理预防并发症。 方法将糖尿病患者进行规范监管，指导患者配合治疗，定期随诊，在不同时段进行相关检查，早期干预预防并发症的发生；对已经发生的并发症及时进行治疗，做好三级预防。结果糖尿病患者早期介入科学跟踪监管，减少并发症的发生和控制已发生的并发症，阻止病情发展，提高生存质量。论结 早期系统干预对防治糖尿病并发症有极其重要意义。【关键词】2型糖尿病；定期复诊；辅助检查；跟踪管理
