老年心房颤动患者的临床分析

     【摘要】目的探讨老年心房颤动患者的临床疗效分析。方法回顾性分析82例60岁以上老年房颤患者的临床资料。结果阵发性房颤、持续性房颤和持久性房颤分别为305%，171%，524 %，82例患者有27 存在器质性心脏病。结论高血压、冠心病是老年心房颤动的主要原因，针对病因以及加强抗凝治疗具有重要的实际意义。
