阑尾粪石征象对儿童急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

     【摘要】目的探讨阑尾粪石对儿童急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法 24例经手术证实急性阑尾炎患儿，术前患儿均行螺旋CT平扫，部分患儿进行了三维重建。结果 24急性阑尾炎患儿， CT诊断阑尾炎阳性20例，阴性4例；其中阑尾肿胀12例，最大管径约20 mm，阑尾周围渗出10例，阑尾脓肿8例，阑尾粪石15例，其中最大径约18 mm。结论多层螺旋CT发现阑尾粪石及阑尾肿胀对儿童急性阑尾炎有很高的诊断价值。
