【摘要】 目的 探讨蝮蛇咬伤急诊救治的特点。方法 回顾性分析512例蝮蛇咬伤患者的临床资料。结果 512例患者中治愈511例， 死亡1例。有效率为99.8%。结论 在蝮蛇咬伤的救治中， 做好早期的急救、有效的治疗至关重要， 同时还要做好蛇咬伤防治的普及教育。
