耳穴压豆对痰湿质高血压患者的干预研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 觀察耳穴贴压王不留行籽治疗痰湿质高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 120例痰湿质高血压患者， 随机分为对照组和贴豆组， 各60例。对照组按常规西药治疗并进行生活方式干预， 贴豆组在对照组基础上加用耳穴贴压王不留行籽治疗， 观察两组治疗效果及血压变化情况。结果 两组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均低于治疗前， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗后， 贴豆组的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。贴豆组患者中显效17例(28.33%)， 有效28例(46.67%)， 无效15例
(25.00%)， 总有效率为75.00%；对照组患者中显效9例(15.00%)， 有效25例(41.67%)， 无效26例(43.33%)， 总有效率为56.67%。贴豆组的总有效率高于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆治疗痰湿质高血压疗效确切、操作简便、材料价格低廉、无毒副作用， 非常适合在社区卫生中推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular-plaster with cowherb seeds on hypertension patients with phlegm-dampness constitution. Methods A total of 120 hypertension patients with phlegm-dampness constitution were randomly divided into control group and bean-paste group， with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine therapy and intervention of life style， and the bean-paste group received auricular-plaster with cowherb seeds on the basis of the control group. Observation were made on changes of treatment effect and changes of blood pressure in two groups. Results Both groups had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after treatment than before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). After treatment， the bean-paste group had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The bean-paste group had 17 excellent cases (28.33%)， 28 effective cases (46.67%) and 15 ineffective cases (25.00%)， with total effective rate as 75.00%， while the control group had 9 excellent cases (15.00%)， 25 effective cases (41.67%) and 26 ineffective cases (43.33%)， with total effective rate as 56.67%. The bean-paste group had higher total effective rate than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular-plaster shows exact curative efficacy， simple operation， low price of materials and non-toxic side effects in the treatment of hypertension of phlegm dampness constitution. It is very suitable for popularization and application in community health.
