快速康复理念在膝关节镜手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 探討分析快速康复理念(FTS)在膝关节镜手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果， 为今后的临床护理工作提供理论依据。方法 60例行膝关节镜手术患者， 按随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组， 各30例。观察组患者围手术期采用 FTS指导的围手术期护理， 对照组采用传统围手术期护理。比较两组患者术后3 d患膝疼痛评分、住院时间、满意率及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者术后3 d患膝疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者住院时间短于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为3.33%， 低于对照组的23.33%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者满意率为96.67%， 明显高于对照组的80.00%， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 膝关节镜手术患者在围手术期护理中应用FTS干预， 可有效减少术后并发症的发生， 减轻术后疼痛， 缩短住院时间， 提高患者满意率， 安全有效， 值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect of fast track surgery (FTS) in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery， and provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing work in the future. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received perioperative nursing under the guidance of FTS， while the control group received traditional perioperative nursing. Comparison were made on knee pain score at 3 d after operation， hospitalization time， satisfaction rate and occurrence of complications between two groups. Results The observation group had obviously lower knee pain score at 3 d after operation than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had shorter hospitalization time than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 3.33% than 23.33% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously higher satisfaction rate as 96.67% than 80.00% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of FTS intervention in perioperative nursing of knee arthroscopic surgery can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications， relieve postoperative pain， shorten hospitalization time， improve patient satisfaction rate.
