子痫前期孕妇血浆TNF-α水平与疾病严重程度的相关性研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:评估子痫前期孕妇血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平与病情严重程度的关系,从而能够更好的评估子痫前期孕妇疾病的严重程度,为预防及治疗提供依据及研究基础。方法:收集子痫前期孕妇74例,根据相关实验室检查指标将74例孕妇分为轻度和重度子痫前期,同时收集40例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组;比较3组人群血压、心率、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转氨酶和TNF-α水平;同时采用Spearman秩相关分析血浆TNF-α水平与病情严重程度的相关性。结果:与对照组孕妇相比,子痫前期孕妇收缩压、心率、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转胺酶和TNF-α水平均明显升高(P<0.05);与轻度子痫前期孕妇相比,重度子痫前期孕妇收缩压、心率、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、谷丙转胺酶和TNF-α水平升高更加明显(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析提示,血浆TNF-α水平与病情严重性呈正相关,相关系数r=0.906(P<0.05)。结论:子痫前期孕妇外周血TNF-α水平,可以在一定程度上评估病情的严重程度。

    Investigation of relationship of serum level of TNF-α with the disease severity of pregnant woman with preeclampsia

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the relationship of serum level of TNF-α with the disease severity of pregnant woman with preeclampsia so as to improve the evaluation of the severity of disease which could provide evidences and research foundation for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods: Seventy four pregnant women defined as preeclampsia were enrolled and divided into mild and severe groups according to the laboratory data. 40 normal pregnant women were also enrolled as control group. Blood pressure, heart rate, 24 hour of urine protein, serum levels of creatinine, alanine aminotransferase and TNF-α were compared among the 3 groups. And the relationship of serum level of TNF-α with the disease severity was evaluated by Spearman rank correlation. Results: Compared to the normal group, blood pressure, heart rate, 24 hour of urine protein, serum levels of creatinine, alanine aminotransferase and TNF-α elevated in preeclampsia groups (P<0.05); and compared to the mild group, blood pressure, heart rate, 24 hours of urine protein, serum levels of creatinine, alanine aminotransferase and TNF-α were higher in sever group (P<0.05).
