[摘要] 目的：探讨妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇的妊娠期管理方法。方法：对妊娠期血糖异常92例患者进行回顾性分析，认识糖尿病合并妊娠与妊娠糖尿病对母儿不良影响及不同治疗方法的有效性。结果：妊娠糖尿病组羊水过多及巨大儿发生率、剖宫产、新生儿窒息率与糖尿病合并妊娠组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)；糖尿病合并妊娠组妊娠高血压综合征发生率与妊娠糖尿病组差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。妊娠期血糖异常经饮食、运动、胰岛素治疗后孕产妇的并发症妊娠高血压综合征、感染率及早产率明显下降，P<0.01，治疗组较非治疗组有明显差异。结论：在孕期对有妊娠期糖尿病高危因素的孕妇进行筛查，早期发现妊娠期糖尿病，并采用饮食、运动、胰岛素治疗；且对糖尿病合并妊娠者在孕前、孕期严格控制血糖，可有效降低母婴并发症的发生，减少对母婴的损害。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the methods for management of pregnancy complicated with diabetes mellitus in pregnancy. Methods: On 92 cases of patients with abnormal blood sugar during pregnancy a retrospective analyzed, awareness of diabetes and gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnancy on maternal and perinatal adverse impact and effectiveness of different treatment methods. Results: Incidence of gestational diabetes group polyhydramnios and fetal macrosomia, caesarean section, neonate asphyxia rates there were significant differences with diabetes mellitus complicated pregnancy induced group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); and incidence of diabetes mellitus complicated pregnancy induced group on pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome of pregnancy diabetes group a significant difference, P<0.05. Gestational glucose through diet, maternal complications after exercise, insulin therapy with pregnancy induced-hypertension, infection rates yield fell sharply early, P<0.01, therapy group than non-therapy group had significant differences. Conclusion: For pregnant women with high risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnancy screening, early detection of gestational diabetes mellitus, and the use of diet, exercise and insulin treatment; and in before pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus complicated pregnancy induced tight control of blood glucose, which can effectively reduce maternal and neonatal complications occur, reduction of maternal and fetal damage ......
