[摘要] 目的 探讨治疗腱鞘囊肿两种方法的评价。 方法 皮肤消毒，囊肿抽吸注药，加压包扎64例；切开皮肤，切除囊肿，闭合切口61例。 结果 抽吸注药复发3例，复发率为4.7%；手术切除无一例复发。 结论 抽吸注药操作简单、损伤小、经济实用，适合基层医院，但复发率高；手术切除复发率低，但费用高、有风险，两者各有其优缺点，应视具体情况选择。

    Effect comparison of aspiration injection and resection in treatment of ganglion cyst

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of two methods of treatments of ganglion cyst. Methods Sixty four patients of ganglion cyst were treated by the aspiration injection, and another sixty one patients were treated with resection. Results There were three cases with recurrence in aspiration injection group, and the recurrence rate was 4.7%. No case was recurred in resection group. Conclusion The aspiration injection is a safe and reliable method for ganglion cyst patients, also it is simple and easy to catch on in basic hospital, but its recurrence rate is high. The resection is also effective with low recurrence rate, but its cost is high. Both of these treatments have their advantages and disadvantages, and can be used with different individuals. ......
