[摘要] 目的 总结189例急性心肌梗死患者院前急救与治疗措施。 方法 将本市内接诊的急性心肌梗死患者分为观察组189例和对照组201例，观察组采用现场急救，对照组患者由家属或同事送来门诊或急诊，比较不同的救治时间对急性心肌梗死患者死亡率的影响。 结果 观察组患者189例，平均救治时间为10.6 min，救治后死亡16例，死亡率为8.5%；对照组患者201例，平均救治时间为45.2 min，救治后死亡49例，死亡率24.4%；观察组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；从观察组和对照组入院治疗预后情况可以看出，经院前急救处理后，观察组好转、治愈例数明显比对照组高； 而死亡数比对照组明显降低。 结论 采取及时有效的院前急救，可以大幅缩短急性心肌梗死患者就诊的时间，有效降低急性心肌梗死患者的死亡率，改善患者预后。

Treatment analysis of 189 cases of acute myocardial infarction in pre—hospital first care

[Abstract] Objective To summarize the pre—hospital first care and treatment measures of 189 cases of acute myocardial infarction. Methods The patients of acute myocardial infarction accepted in our city were divided into observation group (189 cases) and control group (201 cases). The observation group was given field first aid， while the control group was sentted by family members or colleagues to outpatient or emergency. The impact of different treatment times on the acute myocardial infarction mortality were compared. Results For 189 cases of observation group， the average treatment time was 10.6 min， 6 cases died after the treatment， the mortality rate was 8.5%； for 201 cases of control group， the average time was 45.2 min， 49 cases died after the treatment， the mortality rate was 24 ......
