[摘要] 当前护理学人才培训方法往往局限在各自的工作范围中，即医院以护理实践操作为中心，高校以护理教学和研究为中心，使实践知识与理论知识相互脱节。为了从根本上解决这一问题，本文提出了由医疗机构与医学教研机构共建护理学人才培训体系的方法，并介绍了具体的构建过程。
