[摘要] 目的 分析本院5年来剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化，探讨剖宫产率上升的原因及降低剖宫产率的对策，以降低剖宫产率。 方法 回顾性分析本院2009年1月～2013年12月行剖宫产3430例孕妇的临床资料，比较剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。 结果 5年剖宫产率呈渐升趋势，社会因素所致的剖宫产持续居高不下。 结论 剖宫产率上升不仅是医学问题，而且是社会问题，降低剖宫产率，首先要从社会因素出发。
