[摘要] 病历档案作为记录医疗活动全过程的原始材料，是医院管理的重要部分，也反映了医院和患者之间的重要联系。医院要重视和加强病历档案的管理工作，不断提高医保工作水平，从而规范医生医疗服务行为，提高医院管理水平，还要服务大众，让更多的患者受益于医疗保险，为医疗保险事业的发展提供重要保障。

    病历档案是医院管理的重要组成部分,也是反映医院和患者之间联系的重要记录凭证,是在医疗活动中形成的文字、图像、图表、影像、切片、查体、辅助检查,诊断、治疗、护理等材料,包括门(急)诊病历和住院病历,其作为真实记录患者进行医疗活动全过程的第一手原始资料,不仅是医院在
