远程医疗会诊系统在基层尘肺病筛查中的应用研究(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨远程医疗会诊系统在基层尘肺病筛查的工作效率和准确度，为广大职业病防治基层单位的推广使用累积经验。方法 以使用远程医疗会诊系统的工作站为实验组，未使用者为对照组，于2014年9月～2015年12月同时进行2000例以上尘肺病筛查，对比分析筛查报告平均耗时、优片率、差废片率及筛查符合率的差异。结果 实验组筛查报告平均耗时8.0 h，优片率46.8%，差废片率3.5%，筛查符合率99.1%；对照组平均耗时25.9 h，优片率44.7%，差废片率5.1%，筛查符合率98.0%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 远程医疗会诊系统在筛查报告耗时、影像质量、筛查符合率三方面均优于未使用该系统的传统工作站，在工作效率和准确度方面均有优势，值得在职业病防治基层单位推广应用。
