[摘要]本文对我院呼吸内科收治的1例侵袭性肺曲霉菌病感染患者使用伏立康唑的病例，在排除使用伏立康唑治疗前各类精神疾病、代谢性脑病等基础上，对其导致视觉模糊的原因进行分析。针对这类患者，在其他针对侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的药物使用后不能有效控制患者病情的情况下，可继续选择伏立康唑，但需调整减少用药剂量，使用时密切监测，确保临床用药的合理性和安全性。
