[摘要]目的 探讨经腹壁彩超联合经会阴彩超在胎盘位置诊断中的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2017年10月～2018年10月到我院进行产前胎盘位置测定、产后已经确诊为前置胎盘的55例孕妇，采用单纯的经腹壁彩超检查的27例产妇作为单纯组，采用经腹壁与经会阴彩超联合检查的28例产妇作为联合组。根据临床病理诊断结果，比较两组的诊断准确率。结果 单纯组共27例，诊断出20例前置胎盘，漏诊6例，误诊1例，诊断准确率为74.1%，联合组共28例，诊断出27例前置胎盘，漏诊1例，误诊0例，诊断准确率为96.4%，联合组诊断准确率高于单纯组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合运用经腹壁彩超和经会阴彩超检查诊断胎盘位置，可提高前置胎盘诊断的准确率，而且价廉、安全、简便，可重复性高，具有临床应用的价值，值得推广应用。
