[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of personalized weight management on patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who underwent physical examination in our physical examination center from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 were enrolled in the sdudy. The patients were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional health education, and patients in the research group were treated with personalized weight management. Body weight, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide (NO) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the body weight, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TC, LDL-C, TG and ET-1 of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, HDL-C and NO were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The body weight, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TC, LDL-C, TG and ET-1 in the research group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group, HDL-C and NO were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized weight management can improve the body weight, body mass index, blood pressure index, blood lipid index and vascular endothelial function of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
