甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果(1)
[摘要]目的 观察甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法 选取2015年5月1日～2018年1月31日我院收治入院的60例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。利用随机数字表法分组法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组患者采用单纯口服阿卡波糖片进行治疗，观察组患者采用甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及进餐后2 h血糖比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后，观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);兩组患者的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针对老年2型糖尿病患者，采用甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片治疗的效果显著，可明显改善患者的糖化血红蛋白及血糖水平，并且不良反应无明显增加，安全可靠，应用价值高。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Insulin Glargine Injection combined with Acarbose Tablets in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from May 1， 2015 to January 31， 2018 were enrolled as study subjects. All patients were devided into control group and observation group by random number table grouping method， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Acarbose Tablets alone， while the observation group was treated with Insulin Glargine and Acarbose Tablets. Blood glucose level， therapeutic effect and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment， there were no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin， fasting blood glucose and 2 hours post-meal blood glucose between the two groups (P>0.05). After the treatment， the glycated hemoglobin， fasting blood glucose and 2 hours post-meal blood glucose in the observation group were lower than the control group， with statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of Insulin Glargine Injection combined with Acarbose Tablets in senile type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant， which can significantly improve the glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose levels of patients， and the adverse reactions are not significantly increased， safe and reliable， and the application value is high.
