综合护理在颌面部骨折复位坚固内固定手术中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨综合护理干预在颌面部骨折复位坚固内固定手术中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2017年6月～2019年5月我院诊治的120例颌面部骨折患者临床资料，均实行复位坚固内固定手术治疗，按护理方案不同分为对照组(n=60)与研究组(n=60)。对照组采用常规护理干预，研究组采用综合护理干预，比较两组的护理效果及主观护理体验差异。结果 研究组护理优良率(100.00%)高于对照组(90.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组主观护理体验评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预在颌面部骨折复位坚固内固定手术中效果良好，可辅助手术治疗，达颌面部骨折解剖复位，最大限度地改善咬合关系与主观护理体验。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the reduction and internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with maxillofacial fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent reduction and internal fixation surgery and were divided into control group and research group according to different nursing schemes， 60 cases in each group. The control group applied routine nursing intervention， and the research group applied comprehensive nursing intervention， the nursing effect and subjective nursing experience difference between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent care rate of patients in the research group was higher (100.00%) than that of the control group (90.00%)， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the subjective nursing experience score of the research group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a good effect in the sturdy internal fixation of maxillofacial fracture reduction. It can assist surgical treatment， achieve anatomical reduction of maxillofacial fracture， and maximize the occlusal relationship and subjective nursing experience.

颌面部骨折作为头面部外伤多发病、常见病，在各种交通事故中发生率较高，可达60%[1]。目前，手术为治疗的主要手段，其中以复位坚固内固定手术为主，可达到解剖复位、坚强内固定的目标，效果良好，但手术期护理质量对手术效果影响较大，在一定程度上决定了患者面部外形、张口度、咬合关系等的恢复情况，应予以高度重视[2-3]。常规护理为颌面部骨折临床护理最常用护理方法，但存在“重治疗，轻服务”缺陷，护理操作均为遵照医嘱执行，缺乏系统性、全面性、综合性，影响护理质量，这对患者手术治疗效果及预后不利，有必要探索其他高效、科学、周全的护理模式。近期，我科在颌面部骨折患者实行复位坚固内固定手术治疗中引入综合护理模式，从各个方面制订优质而周全的护理措施，不但满足了患者的护理需求，还达到辅助手术治疗的目标，为证明其可行性，指导临床应用，现应用回顾性分析方法对诊治的120例颌面部骨折患者临床资料开展分组对照试验，现报道如下。
