【摘要】目的分析笔者所在医院3年来慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的住院患者诊治的变化情况，豁痰丸结合西医常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效分析。方法回顾分析2008年~2011年3年间住院慢阻肺患者300例的临床资料。结果豁痰丸结合西医常规治疗COPD急性加重期，总有效率明显优于对照组，肺功能、痰色、痰量等的改善明显优于对照组。结论豁痰丸结合西医治疗治疗COPD较之单纯西药治疗具有明显的优势。

【Abstract】ObjectiveAnalysis of our hospital in the past 3 years of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and change,reduce phlegm pill in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease curative effect analysis.
