【摘要】 目的：总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC)治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的经验体会。方法：回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的98例急性结石性胆囊炎患者施行LC术的临床资料。结果：98例均成功完成手术，无中转开腹，患者均痊愈出院。结论：急性结石性胆囊炎行LC术是安全、切实可行的，关键在于手术医生对手术技巧的掌握。
