综合护理干预对肛裂术后便秘的影响(1)

【摘要】 目的：研究综合护理干预对肛裂术后便秘的影响。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医要院于2011年1月-2013年1月收治的58例肛裂术后便秘患者的临床资料，根据不同的护理方法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各29例。对照组采用一般护理方法，观察组采用综合护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理可降低患者术后发生便秘的概率，值得临床推广。
