综上所述，对于老年肿瘤患者，容易发生院感，且其对青霉素、哌拉西林产生一定的耐药性，然而他们对万古霉素、亚胺培南等药物多敏感。故而在临床治疗时，应慎重合理的选择药物治疗，提高临床疗效，值得临床参考。
