【摘要】 目的：探讨静脉麻醉用于肛肠手术的有效性、安全性及术后麻醉相关并发症的发生率。方法：回顾分析2011年4月-2014年12月笔者所在医院568例静脉麻醉用于肛肠手术患者的临床资料。结果：568例均顺利完成手术。手术时间10～54 min，平均31 min。术后住院3～7 d，平均4.5 d。12例(2.11%)术后出现恶心，对症治疗后缓解；36例(6.34%)术后出现头晕；14例(2.46%)发生尿潴留，行导尿术；无手术死亡患者。结论：静脉麻醉用于肛肠手术麻醉效果确切，安全，术后麻醉相关并发症少等优点。
