新生儿败血症血清IL—6和PCT水平的研究(3)
综上所述,IL-6和PCT在败血症和非感染患儿体内表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合检测时,可以提高败血症早期诊断的敏感性和特异性,经过有效临床治疗,IL-6和PCT可迅速降至正常水平,有助于判断疾病转归及预后。
