【摘要】 目的：探讨正性暗示护理干预对结石性胆囊炎患者心理弹性的影响。方法：选择2014年1月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院就诊的结石性胆囊炎患者74例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为A组(n=37)与B组(n=37)，B组患者采用基础护理模式干预，A组患者在此基础上联合正性暗示护理干预，比较两组患者的心理弹性。结果：A组患者干预后的病耻感明显比B组患者更低(P<0.05)。A组患者干预后的心理弹性明显比B组患者更优(P<0.05)。A组患者干预后的主观幸福感明显比B组患者更高(P<0.05)。结论：正性暗示护理干预可有效提高结石性胆囊炎患者的心理弹性，增强患者的心理承受能力，降低患者的病耻感，提高患者的主观幸福感，干预效果良好，值得推荐。
