【摘要】 目的：研究加味当归四逆汤联合温针灸对膝关节炎患者临床疗效、WOMAC评分的影响。方法：选取100例笔者所在医院治疗的膝关节炎患者。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采取常规方法治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上采用加味当归四逆汤联合温针灸疗法进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果及WOMAC评分。结果：治疗后，观察组患者治疗总有效率、WOMAC评分均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：加味当归四逆汤联合温针灸疗法可有效治疗膝骨关节炎，具有一定的临床应用与研究价值。
