阴阳熨联合间歇性导尿护理在尿潴留中的效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨阴阳熨联合间歇性导尿护理应用于尿潴留患者中的效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2018年12月东莞市中医院收治的尿潴留患者60例，按住院顺序分为试验组和对照组，各30例。对照组行常规间歇性导尿护理，试验组在对照组基础上采用阴阳熨方法进行护理。观察两组残余尿量、膀胱刺激征、感染及护理满意度情况。结果：对照组总有效率为73.3%，显著低于试验组的93.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后残余尿量少于对照组，感染率、尿急及尿痛发生率均低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将阴阳熨联合间歇性导尿护理应用于尿潴留患者中，可减少残余尿量，提高患者满意度。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Yin and Yang Iron combined with intermittent urination nursing in patients with urinary retention. Method： From January 2017 to December 2018， 60 patients with urinary retention admitted to Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group， 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine intermittent catheterization nursing， and the experimental group was treated with Yin and Yang Iron on the basis of the control group. The residual urine volume， bladder irritation symptoms， infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%， which was lower than 93.3% of the experimental group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing， the residual urine volume in the experimental group was less than that of the control group， and the infection rate and incidence of urination urgency and pain were lower than those of the control group， and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： Yin and Yang Iron combined with intermittent urination nursing in patients with urinary retention can reduce the residual urine volume and improve the patients’ satisfaction.

尿潴留是指膀胱內充满尿液而不能排出，常由麻醉、镇痛导致神经系统受损、尿道外伤、膀胱功能受损、排尿姿势、心理因素及盆腔手术等引起，主要症状为排尿不尽、下腹部胀痛、排尿次数增多等，严重影响患者生活质量[1-2]。尿潴留是外周神经系统疾病、盆腔疾病、脊髓病变、脊柱手术后及脊髓损伤后常见症状，临床多选择留置导尿管进行治疗。留置导尿管可有效缓解尿潴留症状，但长期留置导尿管易造成慢性膀胱挛缩、泌尿系统感染等并发症，给患者带来极大痛苦[3]。笔者所在科室根据神经源性膀胱管理指南(2017版)对尿潴留患者采用阴阳熨联合间歇性导尿护理，探究其在缓解尿潴留症状和提高护理满意度中的效果，报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(吴萍 钱丽敏 史文平)
