    国内多项研究认为，丈夫外周血淋巴细胞免疫治疗(lymphocyte immunotherapy treatment，LIT)可用于治疗不明原因复发性流产(unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion，URSA)[1-3]，其原理为LIT可诱导母体产生封闭抗体(blocking antibody，BA)，BA能抑制母体免疫系统识别和杀伤胚胎，从而产生免疫保护作用[4-5]。尽管LIT的疗效得到普遍认同，但目前对预评估LIT疗效的指标少有报道 ......
