泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床护理效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床护理效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2019年9月笔者所在医院收治的新生儿泪囊炎患者100例作为观察对象，所有新生儿接受泪道探通术治疗，采取随机分组的方式，将50例患儿纳入观察组，采取针对性临床护理干预，再将另外50例患儿纳入对照组，采取常规护理措施。观察对比两组患儿的症状缓解情况、不良反应发生情况。结果：两组患儿的溢泪、结膜囊有黏性脓液分泌物消失时间比较，观察组明显更快，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时，对两组患儿进行跟踪随访观察到，观察组出现不良反应2例，占4.0%，对照组有11例，占22.0%，两组患儿的不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对新生儿泪囊炎开展泪道探通术治疗中，采取针对性临床护理干预措施，可以促进患儿病情改善，提升了治疗方案的安全性，有益于患儿健康成长，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical nursing effect of lacrimal duct exploration for neonatal dacryocystitis. Method： A total of 100 neonates with dacryocystitis admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2016 to September 2019 were selected as observation objects. All neonates were treated with lacrimal duct exploration and 50 children were included in a randomized group. In the observation group， targeted clinical nursing intervention was adopted， and then another 50 patients were included in the control group， and routine nursing measures were taken. The symptom relief and adverse reactions of the two groups of children were observed and compared. Result： The time of disappearance of tears and mucous pus secretions from the conjunctival sacs in the observation group were significantly faster than those in the control group， and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05); at the same time， follow-up observations were made in the two groups of children， there were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group， accounting for 4.0%， and 11 cases in the control group， accounting for 22.0%. The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： In the treatment of lacrimal duct exploration for neonatal dacryocystitis， the adoption of targeted clinical nursing interventions can promote the improvement of the child’s condition， improve the safety of the treatment plan， benefit the healthy growth of the child， and are worthy of promotion and application.
