低温等离子射频消融术在喉乳头状瘤患者临床治疗中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨低温等离子射频消融术在喉乳头状瘤患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年5月-2018年8月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的喉乳头状瘤患者70例为研究对象。按照不同治疗方式，将采用常规手术治疗的患者纳入参照组(n=35)，将采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗的患者纳入研究组(n=35)。观察对比两组患者的临床症状评分及并发症发生率情况。结果：研究组术前症状评分(15.36±2.24)分与参照组的(15.40±2.31)分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后症状评分(3.41±1.13)分，低于参照组的(7.16±2.44)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究組并发症发生率2.86%(1/35)，明显低于参照组的17.14%(6/35)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用低温等离子射频消融术能够有效治疗喉乳头状瘤患者，改善患者的症状，而且安全性高。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the clinical treatment of laryngeal papilloma. Method： A total of 70 patients with laryngeal papilloma who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods， patients who were treated with conventional surgery were included in the reference group (n=35)， and patients who were treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation were included in the research group (n=35). Observed and compared the clinical symptom score and complication rate of the two groups. Result： There was no significant difference in preoperative symptom score between the research group of (15.36±2.24) points and the reference group of (15.40±2.31) points (P>0.05). The postoperative symptom score of the research group was (3.41±1.13) points， which was lower than (7.16±2.44) points of the reference group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the research group was 2.86% (1/35)， which was significantly lower than 17.14% (6/35) of the reference group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can effectively treat the patients with laryngeal papilloma， improve the symptoms of the patients， and has high safety.

乳头状瘤是一种常见的喉部良性肿瘤，该疾病发病机制与人乳头状瘤病毒感染有关，该疾病主要表现为喉鸣、声嘶、干咳、呼吸困难等症状[1]。目前临床常采用手术治疗该疾病，但大多数患者经常规手术治疗后易复发、恶变，而且并发症发生率较高，常规手术治疗效果并不理想[2]。而采用低温等离子射频消融术能够弥补常规手术的不足，其可根据病变部位进行方向与弧度的调整，最大限度减少周围组织的损伤。另外，通过盐水介质刺激病变部位发生热效应，阻滞病灶血液供应，能够减少复发或恶变情况[3]。故本文探讨低温等离子射频消融术在喉乳头状瘤患者临床治疗中的应用效果，报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取本院2017年5月-2018年8月治疗喉乳头状瘤的70例患者作为观察对象。纳入标准：经组织病理检查确诊喉乳头状瘤;符合手术治疗指征。排除标准：合并其他恶性肿瘤;精神障碍;凝血功能障碍;中途退出研究。所有患者自愿参与研究，研究符合医学伦理学要求。按治疗方式不同分组，将采用常规手术治疗的纳入参照组(n=35)，将采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗的纳入研究组(n=35)。研究组男18例，女17例;年龄6～34岁，平均(25.84±5.14)岁;单发20例，双发15例。参照组男17例，女18例;年龄5～37岁，平均(25.67±5.27)岁;, http://www.100md.com(许连福 洪海填 陆沈华 杨春燕)
