雷珠单抗联合广泛视网膜光凝及小梁切除治疗新生血管性青光眼(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探討分析玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合广泛视网膜光凝术及小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼患者效果。方法:选取2018年1-12月收治的66例新生血管性青光眼患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合广泛视网膜光凝术及小梁切除术治疗,对照组给予广泛视网膜光凝术联合睫状体光凝术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、术前术后视力情况、手术前后眼压及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.97%,较对照组的75.76%显著高(P<0.05),术前两组视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后视力恢复优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术前两组眼压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月两组眼压均显著性下降,且观察组眼压下降更显著(P<0.05),两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合广泛视网膜光凝术及小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼,可促进临床疗效提高,改善视力,降低眼压,同时安全性较高。

    Ranibizumab Combined with Extensive Retinal Photocoagulation and Trabeculectomy for Neovascular Glaucoma/CAO Gangqin. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2020, 18(26): -155

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab combined with extensive retinal photocoagulation and trabeculectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma. Method: A total of 66 neovascular glaucoma patients admitted from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab combined with extensive retinal photocoagulation and trabeculectomy. The control group was given extensive retinal photocoagulation combined with ciliary body photocoagulation. The clinical efficacy, visual acuity before and after surgery, intraocular pressure before and after surgery, and complications in two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%, which was significantly higher than 75.76% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before operation (P>0.05). The visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05). The intraocular pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after 3 months, and the intraocular pressure of the observation group decreased more significantly (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Intravitreal injection Natalizumab united extensive retinal photocoagulation and trabeculectomy in treatment of neovascular glaucoma patients can promote the improvement of clinical efficacy and improve visual acuity and reduce intraocular pressure, while security is high., 百拇医药(曹刚琴)
